Stuck In The Room

COVID-19 Quarantines

14 new cases of COVID-19 in Saskatchewan, 86 in total

As the world pandemic  of COVID-19 is going on and all the world leaders are in such a panic situation and in search of how to face this and how to get ready for the upcoming challenges I am sitting in my room thinking of what life would be after all this shut off so this my story and I am going to share with you the perks and jerks  of isolating

My Room :

Although it is not a very big room but yes it got me all the basic needs of a living room like my couch, I have a bed beside my couch a wardrobe an attached bathroom a dresser table, and my laptop. One thing Which I forget to mention is the bundle of memories which is always with me while I’m in my room or in the outside world.

RoomMates:

I share my room with my wife and my little girl who of course is my whole world and unfortunately, they are now a days are not present here and went to my daughter’s granny home for a family event and got stuck there a bit longer as the means of transportations are not operational yet. I hope their safe and sound returning soon.

My routine:

It is very complicated for all of us to stick to our previous routines as this virus acted to our daily life the same as the viruses hitting our computers some times that we lose control of it. So the life is as disturbed as The Queen her self. No proper timing of waking up and sleeping nor eating habits remained the same.

Do’s & Doesn’t:

  1. I prefer everyone to make a sleeping order in which they should at least get 10-12 hours of peaceful sleep which will surly increase metabolism which will help immunity get stronger and prevent you from various diseases not only corona.
  2. You must drink a lot of watery based liquids that should contain vitamin C in order to increase your immunity and get a strong defense against viral diseases.
  3. Maintain hygiene wash your hands, avoid handshaking, and most often use face masks to avoid danger.
  4. Do not let yourself be a carrier of the virus or let others do the same to you.
  5. Social distancing is the key to avoid this virus and staying home is the best policy right now. Remember if you go out to meet people you might become positive for the virus and might lead to serious health issues.

Now to the title:

Stuck in the room is the situation everyone can relate to especially when there are no open markets no workplaces to go to and no entertainment or amusement places offering good times to spend with your loved ones instead we all are waking up late in the morning going bathrooms sitting there thinking now what to do next. I think we should spend this time learning new things making this time productive and precious for us.
